One of the easiest things in the world for many people to do, is neglect their teeth if all seems well with the ole nashers. The Americans often joke about the British teeth as looking more like bits of tree bark than the gleaming enamel coating that they so proudly display. But that said, white teeth don't always indicate healthy teeth, just a clean set. Ideally, we should take really good care of out teeth and gums. More often than not, oral hygiene in general is something that many of us skimp on. Sure we all brush out teeth regularly, and we take a lot more care without teeth and gums than previous generations ever did.
